In April 2016 the Loop at Pine + Ocean opened to the public, transforming a vacant lot into a fun and engaging public space and furthering the Downtown Long Beach Alliance’s efforts to make DTLB a more walkable place. As the Loop approached its two year birthday it was time for some changes.
